I met Tony a few years ago and our conversation immediately turned to training hockey players.  As a hockey skating coach I wanted to pick his brain on the physical aspects of training a player.  Every coach has a different perspective and I wanted to know his.  We were completely on the same page regarding the missing pieces of the puzzle in regards to training today’s hockey athlete.” “I have come to know that Tony is highly educated, experienced and extremely passionate about his profession as a strength and conditioning coach.” “As the owner of Force 46 Strength & Conditioning, Tony Tridico will continue to help every athlete reach their goals through his dedication and knowledge.

Being in the strength game for 25 years, there are coaches who think they know what “strength” is and then there are those who do.  Tony Tridico knows STRENGTH and how to develop it properly.   I’ve known Tony for over 15 years and when he talks training I LISTEN.  If you are truly looking to achieve results that are above average, then Coach Tridico should be your top choice.  I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Tridico’s training expertise if you want to work with one of the greats!

HEAVY DUTY MANUFACTURING STRATEGY MANAGER- CORNING ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES.

As a 14 year old kid, I pushed back on Coach T in weight room knowledge believing my men’s fitness magazine education knew better, yet I listened to Coach and I got stronger. By age 18 I listened to every word coach had to say and by the time I left high school for The United States Military Academy, I was pound for pound the strongest I have ever been to this point.  I excelled in basic training because of the strength I built in Coach’s weight room. Coach enforced perfect techniques and once you mastered movements, he pushed you to the limit (often redefining what I thought were limits). Through the years of playing sports, 4 years at West Point, 5 years in the Army with two combat tours and now ultra-running, I have yet to experience a serious injury.  I attribute this to Coach’s balanced approach and relentless focus on total body strength I have taken and used Coach T’s methods throughout my life. Though I was never as strong as the day I walked out of his weight room, I took what I learned and applied it to my 9 years in uniform. At West Point and in the Army, you are required to complete a PT test twice per year. The test consists of 2 minutes of push ups, 2 minutes of sit ups,and a 2 mile run. As a result, people in uniform spend a lot of time doing these three exercises. Many of these officers and soldiers were very good at the PT test but faltered and failed when they were required to actually execute the tasks required of them in training and combat. I Witnessed top scoring soldiers unable to continue their mission in the heat of battle because of a lack of strength. When I entered West Point I continued to use what I learned from Coach and never focused on the bi-yearly PT tests until 2 weeks prior to ensure my form and technique was correct.  I received a top score in every PT test I executed in school and in the army while also being able to lead soldiers through every situation imaginable.  The Army is just now starting to catch up to where Coach T was 20 years ago with new requirements for testing soldiers.  The Army and its soldiers will need to learn what Coach has been teaching since the beginning, they will need to learn how to grow and maintain true strength. Coach T’s programs and approach to strength are always evolving. His methods have been and continue to be 20 years ahead of his peers and the general public. Whether you are an athlete, in the military, interested in service in a physically demanding profession, or just a person that wants to lose weight, Coach T can help get you there. I am thankful that I learned my lesson 20 years ago. Listen to Coach T and your body will exceed any expectations that you set for it!
